Supported Projects

There many sustainability efforts going on across Winchester, led by various groups. Here are some of the projects that Sustainable Winchester is happy to support in 2024:  Grow Local for the Planet's Fast Forest, Gardens for Good from the Farmers Market Community Hub, and resident-led initiatives Quiet Clean Winchester, Repair Cafe, and Say No to Rat Poison.

In addition, as part of our commitment to help the town achieve its goals in Winchester’s Climate Action Plan, we support Winchester's WinPower 100. Switching to WinPower 100 reduces Winchester's fossil fuel use and increases its use of renewable energy.
